Hi all,

I will be getting my 4 room resale flat (built in 1996) in this Dec. I'm looking for ideas regarding renovating the house but the design available nowadays are mostly for new flat. The below is the floor plan for my flat, I would like to know are there any sample design that I can take a look. I would prefer those that are having the same floor plan as mine.
