Need ideas on space planning for my 5 room flat.

I'm looking at creating a new space for study/work out of the living/dining room

I also need a space for praying to Buddha.

 

This layout is challenging to create space for those mentioned above.

Anyone have similar layout  that can give me an idea how I should plan the space.

Any ideas is greatly appreciated
