Signed agreement but want to remove items in quotation

Hello all,

Basically, I've signed the agreement and paid 10%. I am still planning to continue working with the ID.

However, I am actually planning to remove some items (for example false ceiling in bedroom) and use the sum for other things instead (like electrical works).

Is it possible?
