Dear IDs and Contractors,

I m getting my resale EM HDB flat this coming Mid August.

Here are the list of items that needed to do. Pls provide me ur quotation, renovation theme and Business ACRA, Portfolio.

Pls dun sent me ur quotation is u dun have the above request.

1.  L Box in the Living Hall (* false ceiling), Dining, Kitchen and 3 bed rooms.
2. Wardrobe and study table for 3 rooms.
3.  To renovate 3 toilets * with and without accessories.
4.  To renovate Kitchen with proposal half glass panel.
5.  Staircase convert to glass (side railing)
6.  Feature wall in the living room
7.  Painting whole house (mostly will be white)
8.  Wall paper and laminate on the wall of the staircase
9.  Change of sliding door glass (3 Panel with wooden skirting)
10.  Electrical charges per point
11.  Living hall, Dining and Kitchen - Engineering Wood, Balcony to level up and install outdoor wood and first level room - laminate
12.  Second level room current with solid parquet wood - to recondition it.
13.  Air con for 3 rooms
14. Change of 4 doors (3 bedroom and Front door

    Prefer to have urban, modern and cozy theme. Do proposed me some of ur design thought in the quotation, commencing date and payment and warranty term.
