Is it worth it to get the Optional Cost Scheme?

I am contemplating on getting the OCS for my flat but the package is not fully what I want. For instance, the package only provides vinyl flooring for the bedrooms but I would want my living room to be with vinyl flooring as well.

Any idea anyone?
