Does ur kitchen cabinet include up and down or just down only? As 18ft after installing kitchen sink and hod u will have about less then 10ft. Further adding in micowave, kettle and other things u will feel very crampy.

I'm not sure how u feel on this. But from the looks it might look class and nice. But u will required daily maintance if u are a regular cooker. Not easy to maintain.

hmmm... for point 12(e) installation of bathroom and kitchen accessories is free? then why on point 7(i) they charge u for installing 7 piece item?
