ETBK 0 Report post Posted October 7, 2017 This is a shop selling mainly lights, ceiling fans and heaters. Very poor after sales service. Delivered us the wrong items and refused to make a second delivery to send us the correct ones. We had to go down to their shop. Light was also of poor quality and came spoilt. Salesperson even refuses to pick up our calls. This is truly a company when once money is paid, don't expect good service. GabeGoh 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2018 Hi, I bought my lights and fan from them last time. Their after sales service was quite good. Due to some issues I had to change my delivery and installation date several time to the point I was embarrassed myself and not once the salesman tone was angry or impatience. I'm currently looking for a new fan for my room and thinking of going back to buy from them again. It will be great if you could tell me what happen so I can keep note of it.
