Hi All,

I'm getting my key end of this month and so far i have talked to 5 IDs and one of them share with me below quotation, I found this quite far from my initial budget which is $20k and I am going to renovate kitchen, 2 toilets, repaint the whole wall and building wardrobe in the master bedroom (f budget allowed).
