Can knock down HS in condo?

Hi. I know you can't knock down HS in HDB but can you knock it down in condo? Because after all, it's not government owned

HS is required by law under the HS act.

you are NOT allowed to made any modifications to the HS let alone knocking it down. Also, the HS forms a structural element in your unit and is directly connected to the HS above and below your unit as well.
