water pipe (INSIDE WALL) leaking in HDB FLAT. Any recourse from HDB??

new BTO flat.
Live for 2 mths
kitchen begin to flood with water.

Long story short, we found the water leakage after kitchen cabinets were dismanteled, & wall hacked
- metal water pipe leaking at 2 areas of the kitchen (near ceiling).

What recourse can we get from HDB?
- fees for find the leak by interior contractors (hacking & removing the kitcjen cabinet)
- fees to patch back wall & re tiling
- fees for new kitchen cabinet
- taking time-off from work
- taking leave from work
- what can we claim for the inconvenience?
