Guilin 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2018 Hello, We are on budget and we need ceiling fans in each rooms. Yesterday we went to a shop at Sim Avenue and there we saw BESTAR and SAMAIRE ceiling fans. They are from China and have Singapore safety mark. Any experience on these 2 companies, motor functioning , noise ?? Need your feedback before we decide to purchase.
