Need to find out the normal cost of these items: 1) My contractor quoted extra $600 for doing wooden skirting using Nyatoh wood. While the quote I got from 2 other contractors quoted only $300 for doing wooden skirting (only thing is don't know what material). What is the normal price for doing wooden skirting using Nyatoh? Or other wooden materials? 2) What is the normal cost of covering up + plaster ONE hole of the bomb shelter? thanks in advance. I don't want to kenna chop carrot by the contractor.

Heard that 5rm the bomb shelter is facing the living rm, and kitchen is U-shaped... hmm... luckily didn't choose 5rm.
