  1. some add-ons... My "good life" boy catcha using my hp Amitabha CNY
  2. thanks ya! got from evov ... the chair is $200 per pc the table was letting go at higher discount which cos me slightly more than 1k (roughly remember UP is around 1.8k) cos the marble prints not many pple like. But after using the table, I think also bcos the marble top sit within the stainless steel legs frame which carries a lil' design flaws ... if you look at their latest Lox table (using the same legs frame) the top covered the steel. this will avoid leaving hands' prints on the steel when our hands rested on the table top. another problem with the design is when rice dropped in between the fine gap between the top and steel frame or soup spilt over the table , it will be very difficult to clean. See the difference below : Lox Table My Table overall, I feel that evov carries great designs and priced rather okay. you can try motherhood forum oversea spree
  3. haaahaaa... thought my t-blog was buried ... thanks for viewing and compliment 1) evovliving (http://www.evovliving.com/) at Balestier Point 2) Yes, need to drill. I get my ID's carpenter to fix for me cos he will determine the screw length according to the cupboard door thickness...
  4. Haahaaa... cos i also join BP at other forum but i dun organise... spree/BP organiser must be super patience and organise leh... lots of coordination esp for overseas purchase. i normally get clothes (esp for my boy) over BP, save time on shopping and Internet is 24x7 applefreak, you got so many good lobang for your house liao and you still looking for more thing ya ...
  5. mine is blk 763 ... yes, i hacked away 1 room and many walls i covered the walkway to rooms with full height TV console, and filled some recess walls... maybe tats why u see like the whole hse diff from floor plan
  6. ok, for those who are interested about my new toy "cereal dispenser"... - it is easy to use and maintain - but think if going to use for rice may not be able to withstand if you fill up the canister with rice. I tried pouring 1 kg of rice and the holder titled abit, not too sturdy. So if you intend to use it for rice or beans, Zevro professional series with steel stand will be a better choice.
  7. yes, i also think painting + artwork make the house looks heavy and smaller, plus the lines TV console...hmmmm sort of distracting. think your ceiling design also plays an important feature to the whole house. design 1: same level ceiling make the whole house looks like one piece, like a 1 room flat (hope you don't mind my lousy description).
  8. thanks thanks... i like this place too... at first still worried about getting resale flat hahaaa... but my boy don't seems to like the tree leh... nvr mind lah, i like it can liao... LOL i will try the dispenser tomorrow , today just fill the dispenser with rice and oat... BunBun planning for BP
  9. I have 10+ PLC at my 1st house and for 6yrs of stay, my hb only change 3 PLC tubes. Now my 2nd house, we adopt the same PLC concept. I have 26 PLC at my new place: Hall , Dinning & foyer: 2x13W per PLC (13 PLC) 6 switches, each switch control 2 PLC 1 switch control 1 PLC at foyer Kitchen: 1x18W per PLC (7 PLC) 2 switches, each control 3 PLC 1 switch control 1 middle PLC Study: 1x13W per PLC (6 PLC) 2 switches, each control 3 PLC I feel that PLC with strategic lighting switch points can be quite a saving and energy efficient. But if you like the whole house to be bright bright or you tied many PLC to 1 switch point, then i think PLC will consume more energy. When I reach home I will turn on the foyer PLC. If I need to watch TV, I will only turn on the 2 x PLC. If I need to put my clothes to wash or make milk for my boy, 1 middle PLC at kitchen will be good enough. My house will not be in total darkness, cos i always on my alter table crystal downlight (original comes with 50W halogen light), I get an ic changer and get my electrician to change it to a 3W LED After I officially move in tomorrow, I shall observe further.
  10. out of sight , out of mind leh... so I try to ensure those books and toys are placed at a visible area and easily reach. For those items in toyogo boxes, they are usually items required my attention at use and I will label big big like "Art & Craft", "Water Play", etc on the boxes. I get the dispenser through my company overseas biz partner. He brought it over for me when he flew from UK to Singapore in May.
  11. Yes yes... i bought the wall decal from piccolo.
  12. I bought it from piccolo and it costs $210. It was made of plastic. At the back of the shelf stated LDPE - Low Density Polyethylene and is rather heavy.
