  1. Hello Tea Definately customers go for better image and good comments and go for good company. I am at horrific times and immerse stress period and at their mercy (giving tons of excuses and reasons whenever I request for something) when my renovation is in progress. I dont want to rack up anymore as I have completed and has since moved on. Definately wont choose them anymore, I rather pay more and has less stress. Good luck to those under CD care and hopefully they will do up your house nicely without any excuses and reasons. And not to forget, things they promises will not be forget. Write down what they promise and not verbally. More recitifcations work means not good worksmanship. Good Luck to everybody. AY
  2. I have talked to some of the CD customers....respond no good. Delay, lots of excuses, granite tiler bad worksmanship (Happy) . One customer even dont want to bring it up over here fearing he might explode. Guess Happy is the worst lot as flooring is concerned. Flooring is one of the most important factor while renovating. Make or break by looking at the floor worksmanship.
  3. Hello IntergueR I am not mean to be angry with you. Just to vent my anger here and the treatment I get. Not to say I scare away any potential customer. They do have the right to know how good CD is. The final choice still lies with the customers. I am stating the facts, the true facts. The process I gone. I dont think only 1 negative remarks, there are a few as you can see over here. AY
  4. You must make sure what you want, they agreed and write down on the paper AND not at the site, THEY BEGAN TO GAVE EXCUSES, THAT CANNOT BE DONE. THIS CANNOT BE DONE!!! I encountered this and I really pissed off!
  5. Hello InterigueR I am not here to pick a fight with you and I cant be bother to argue with you everytime I see this thread! I want a fair judgement and comments in this forum. Maybe mine happened to be in peak period and there are lots of customers that mine is being overlooked! Maybe no proper follow up (my guess) and maybe no monitoring. Maybe they use their lousy sub con to do my place and rectification after recitifcation. Call after call, sms after sms. Maybe cd gave you a better sub con that everything is 'perfect'. Hello H4happy That is terrible and you should ask for compensation or hack all the tiles and redo on your granite flooring for a bad worksmanship. The tilers should hold responsibility for it. AY I just want to vent our my anger why it must be me (customer) that suffer much than the rest!
  6. Can you explain what you mean by this? Fair comment as in good positive remarks only? Quoted: why not try other IDs.... What you mean? Asking me to renovate and hack off everything again and compare? Are you crazy?

  8. Good morning Tea I have completed my renovation recently. Too many follow up (recitifcation works) and many calls/sms that make me drain my strength and discomfort. As a interior designers or contractors, they should take care of everything and make sure minor hicups are solve as soon as possible and not waiting for customers to find out and started to call or sms them again and again and again! Numerous times, I have to be stern with Tony or Gina to get things done as they gave excuses one after another. Though my renovation is completed, what I dont like is their reasons and excuses and try to make things easy for them to do! Just bear in mind, we, as a customer, pay you money to renovation my house, you just do according to our instruction and not all excuses. A very bad attitude indeed. Tea, you renovation completed? How is their attitude towards renovating your houses? I gave the attitude (during renovation) a 2 / 10. Why so low? I dont like people gave me excuses and tell me cannot be done! If that is so, I might as well go ikea and shopping mall to buy ready make furniture right? We customer want unique and different from others and not mass production! Thank you. A.Y.
  9. Good morning Tea Yes, initially before sign, everything is ok , can be done. But along the way, the going gets tough. You get what I mean? And delayed delayed and more delayed. I am wondering whether because my renovation cost is low and CD take little notice on us. Many things happened along the way especially when they started to give excuses and reasons that cannot be done.
  10. One thing I truly learnt from the renovation process. You MUST be STERN when you want something you like for your house. I meant minor things you want them to do. If you are SOFT and they knew your character, it will be h..ell for you until the end of the renovation.What you want will be hard to get it Many excuses given. If you show your black face...and they know it, they will do it for you. That is my experiences with CD. Tried to be friendly with them, but then, felt like taken for granted when they gave all sort of excuses. In another words, want to have an easy way out. Does not want to put extra afford when customers requested to do certain thing.
  11. Recently just completed my renovation under Classic Design. Feeling not that good. Have this problem with them especially things I wanted to do was always replied with: Cannot lah...and gave lots of excuses.... Overall, I would say so so.....50 50.
