  1. Hi All I've had a bad experience as well. I bought a new fridge and less than two weeks it stopped working. I wrote to them (through their website) I waited for a reply after the automated reply. Still no reply for 5 working days. Not only do i have to throw all my items from the fridge, my family and I can't cook. I finally wrote another email. This time I received a reply and waited for a confirmation for the appointment to get their technician down. Again no reply. Next day I called in and spoke to their Customer Service Manager who finally arranged for someone to come down the next day. In all it took more than a week. Other than customer service from domestic airlines in United States, this was by far the worst for in Singapore.
  2. Hi All I totally agree that it could potentially be a fire hazard. I will have a look around and see where these are made from and what kind of inspections they have had. Thanks
  3. Thanks. I will keep a look out for them at Suntec
  4. Hi yes. Does anyone know how much it costs and where to get them other than IKEA? I will also check IKEA. Thanks for pointing that out
  5. Hi I have not come across shops in Singapore. If you have friends going to BKK you can ask them to get it for you. I've seen some things from Thailand that are sold near Le Meriedien Hotel (now the name of the hotel has been changed). You might want to try and have a look. cheers
  6. Hi You can try household cleaner from 3M. Carrefour used to sell them. No its only available in DIY shops. Carrefour sells at around $13 while DIY shops sell at $15-18. If you want to clean, stainless steel you can also choose the one can be used on all surfaces. It makes the surface shine Have fun cheers
  7. Hi You can try also the following website http://www.covermyfurniture.com/?currencyI...CFQpTtAodLWGmCw
  8. Hi When I was traveling in Europe, I came across lamps which can be switched on and off as well as increased brightness by touch. May I find out whether anyone has come across such lamps in Singapore? How much does it cost roughly. I've checked online and on e-bay nothing seems to be sold here except for one which is $300 SGD. Thanks a million
