Hi All Can anyone advice where i can get replacement for shower mixer cartridge? I don't want to change the whole set of mixer as it will cost me around $300/-. If i can find the right cartridge that would be good. Thanks for your help. BTW, I check with my estate plumber, he says the mixer that i am using is already obsolete(<10yrs). therefore, I will not be able to find the replacement cartridge.

Dear All I will be renovating my resale purchase soon. Its a 9 year old apartment, comes with System 4 aircon: (One for each bedroom and 2 at the living room). My reno budget is very tight and I would like to know if its ok to keep the existing aircon (with just a servicing) or to replace it since i am going through with the reno now rather than replace it later.
