Hi, Has anyone use number lock for HDB main door before? Its like those condo main door lock.... How much it cost roughly and is it worth to use such lock? thanks

2 ideas comes to my mind. Whether to install rain shower or those vertical massage shower panel (where many small outlet jets). Which is better? i would say rain shower head looks more modern and cool but effects appears like a normal shower head. Massage panel may not look as cool...but functionality wise seems better? What you all think? Should go for which one...?

Anyone used them before? Any comments?

Me too. 2 weeks passed and no quotes from them. Guess they are only interested in bigger projects than smaller flats.

Hi all, I just place an option fee for the purchase of a unit, but have not yet exercise it. The 14 days is up soon. But the valuation report is not out yet. Agent told me its ok, they will wait etc even if the 14 days deadline are not met. So should I just exercise first or continue to wait till valuation is out ? Safe to wait as per advised by the agents? Just being paranoid....

I met up with 2 agents from KTA. (Presumably a new agency with not more than 5 agents). After our 2nd viewing at the lobby, we were asked to make an offer. We like the flat, and knows the asking is 10k abv COV. We made an offer of 5k COV. 1 woman, who presumably entering menopause turned crazy and said rudely "Sorry bye". Worst, when turning and walk away, she said loudly to her partner "Waste time, why u ask someone here to waste our time". Crazy agents, instead of advicing and giving counter offer to convince us more........ Such agents simply cannot make it. Pity the seller. Actually I feels like writing to the seller directly to tell them about their agents. But in any case, I saw and bought another unit already.

Hi all, I would like to get a fengshui master in for my new flat. Should the master comes and give advises, 1) Before the renovation, giving advise on how to renovate? 2) After the renovation, on how to lay the furniture etc? Thanks for your advise!
