Bro!! That feature tile is from Sin Lek rite? I also chose this feature leh, now having headache whether to put it as an L shape down on the floor.. Den dunno wanna put at WC or shower area.. Piangz.. Shower area if I put got one big pipe, if I shift the shower area to the opposite side it'll be beside the door, can't see when u look in from the door, if I put it behind the WC, that will be the place I put the towel rack den no point liao.. Headache sia.. Anyways, where is that part of the feature wall in toilet? At the shower area?

I've only seen one project by Ah Soon before, which was the one at Eunos which finished sometime back.. Ooh, early june.. So I think u'd most probably have to decide soon.. Anyways, here's a update of my purchases.. Basically, almost everything except lights and curtains have been covered, and probably some smaller things like study table and drawers need to scout for it.. Bought all kitchen and toilet neccessities, fridge, washing machine, microwave, tv, home theatre, bed, sofa, dining, ceiling fans.. All done, so now only have to monitor the reno liao... Hehe, I'm also gan jiong like guy77, but den hor, he more power, cuz his curtains already decide liao.. Hahaha, think I will go MGL too, any1 has any idea what's included in the 4 room package? It seems quite cheap.. Hopefully I can save some $$ on curtains.. Anyways, after some "professional" advice from my brother in law, he suggested us to stick with our current Air Con.. Save some money, cuz $ no enough.. Haha... I know I can live with it, just dunno how long it will last, and it looks orbiang.. But even if I keep my current pipings I think also gonna set back another 1.3-1.5k just for the system 3 set...

I was quoted $800 for 5ft cabinet, solid top and mirror with lighting points.. My cabinet is $2700, uncle havent go measure.. He just quoted agar agar to my floor plan.. He quoted me $100 pfr for shoe cabinet as mine was half height.. How much were u charged for the bedframe with storage? I bought one outside it's around $1300 for queen sized with storage (synthetic microfibre or sumthin for the fabric cover).. Shower screen is $480.. Tv console with feature wall is $1200.. Actually he gave me a $710 discount but threw in more freebies la, so I also dun bear to ask him to cut summore.. Yeah, uncle is very good.. And I'm in no position to comment on Alan either.. So I think u just have to wait till he's free to meet up with u la.. I think his hands are pretty tied down at this moment.. You didnt request the floorplan from HDB ? How come not accurate one? Which photos are u talking about?

Updates: Submitted my floor plan and copy of my ic to Joseph already.. I think he has or will apply for the permit today.. Works should be able to start on Monday hopefully.. Anyways, Saturday den go to my house to "Dong Tu"... As advised by my FSM.. After dat can start lo!

Yah lor, so dun mind what I've said and dun let me ruin ur plans of getting the Pana washer.. It's just dat a Pana washer just isn't the thing for me.. But might be the thing for many other ppl..

Anyways, dat's what I heard lah.. I think u should go check with ppl using Pana washing machines... If that scenario really happens, how often does it happen? Don't let my comments spoil ur plans lah.. I think maybe u should do more research.. Actually I've heard of happy users too leh.. And come to think of it, what I heard was sometime back, I havent been seeing anyone I know who uses a Pana washing machine, maybe it's improved? I think if dat really happens regularly, Pana sure knows it mah, and they won't come up with this design anymore.. Well, I'm just being careful, but it might just be nothing?

Wow.. U posted and edited your post at 4am?!! Hahaha.. Anyways, yeah, it's in the middle of the bottom of the drum.. If u notice, I think only Panasonic and one other brand has that exposed screw.. Can't remember which.. But I know Samsung, LG and Toshiba has that screw covered.. Oh.. Maybe lor.. Hope he'd be good.. And yeah, hope uncle really will still be there to check now and then if not everyday..

Thanks for ur recommendation but I'm quite skeptical about Panasonic Washing Machines as in the middle of the tub there is an exposed screw.. I've never used one, but I've heard from a few people I know that sometimes exposed threads from clothes get stucked in the screw damaging it in the process.. Anyways, I think the one I'm eyeing is this model.. Samsung WA11VP Anyone bought this model? Can share share good or not? And where and how much u bought it for?

This Alan and Joseph, are they under Uncle Soon or are they from another company? He also assured me that this Joseph whom he calls "Boh Geh" (Hokkien for no teeth) is not bad and that he will still drop by everyday during our reno to check.. If he hadn't say that he'd still be going to the site everyday, I would not agree to let Joseph handle it.. So now, I think more or less confirmed, my reno has to be handled by Joseph.. He says Joseph is in charged of sengkang area..
