    hehe part of the baking project completed...made 13 bags of cookies already...still got 17 to go tomorrow...

    I would have finished doing evthing today but ran out of parchment paper...then hubby went to get but found out that it is all sold out! :o Chopped nuts also sold out...there were still quite a number of packets left yesterday when I went to get lor. Everyone must be in a baking frenzy lolz

    So he bought back the ungreased one...caused my cookies to run and become thin...sigh...so bo bianz have to continue evthing tomorrow after I managed to find the same non-stick parchment paper that I have been using all along...

    Opps, my blog is dying off..

    Before I add on some pictures... I better do a simple updates

    I have moved in since 20 December 09, so far so good except some minor things which are pending to rectify

    The most ridiculous issue that ever occur is my Aircon.

    watermarks are forming on the aircon trunking, hall and MBR is unable to cool down even after 3 hrs

    Worse, when we on the MBR aircon, the fancoil at hall was emitting cold air at the same time even when its off

    Most fortunately, technicians from GC came down within the same day whn we feedback.. its the same bunch of guys who fixed up my aircon

    they have connnect the wiring wrongly, reactify that in 40mins.. and i was so worried that they may need to redo the trunking which mean the painted walls will be affected.

    Heng no need... now we are enjoying freezing cold air again!

    Till then before i upload some more picture, esp those owing to Mickey..

    Hmm, ur oven built in one rite? Should have 2 racks bah. Saw ur cookies pics at ur tblog. The tray of cookies will be on 1 rack. And it looks like there is another one on top of the cookie tray, near the top of the oven. :P Will that be another rack?

    Baking tray at ntuc, phoon huat, cold storage will have. :) Hope u have a great baking dae and show us the pics! :D

    Hi Angel,

    Sorry din know tat u r having a hse warming on last sat, 19 Dec.

    I was having a pre-christmas gathering @my place too wif my gfs n my hubby buddies.

    Preparing a few dishes too for the day so suppppper tiring aft everything end. Plus all the cleaning and washing....phew :o

    So happy for u tat everything turns up great. :)

    is okie :) I know how tiring it all can be...

    I will be baking ard 90 to 100 cookies tomorrow to give out as christmas gifts...think going to be a very tiring day as well...

    Haha! Ur oven can take 2 trays? 2 trays will be good, just rotate the trays in the middle of the baking time. :P If u got 4 trays, even better. Take out trays, pop in the other trays on standby. :P That was wat I did. :P

    Hmm not sure leh the oven only comes with one tray and one of those wire rack...dunno where to get the baking tray...

    Wah, guess u r going to be very tired after that! My shoulders were aching by the time I finished mine. :P

    Yea I think so also...cos each time I put in the tray can only accomodate ard 9 cookies...so have to take the tray in and out ard 10 to 11 times...

    But I assigned hubby to be the one who will wrap the cookies and attach the greeting card to the wrapper hehe...

    Thanks everyone. Yeap, it looks so different from the previous condition & I really love it. Here is my wiw. Very messy .. LOL

    Btw, I regret to make my kitchen so white. It's too white and very difficult to maintain. Anyone plan to do something like this, please reconsider.

    Yours is white gloss cabinets rite for the kitchen? Mine as well...so far the cabinets are quite okie to maintain...but I wud admit that the white solid top is quite hard to keep clean...it stains easily :/
