if u can afford 30+ per bulb.. the bulbs are mostly made in china...according to friends in the trade...not stable...break down easily...not many shops want to sell them

i think the fella qouted u stainless steel gate...which i think is normally aboout 800... no such thing as wrought aluminium gate....its either wrought iron or aluminium gate... dun go for aluminium gate....it is softer..hence easier for thief to pry open...wrought iron is harder...about $400+ for good one....stainless steel also good..but exp...

i have 9 downlights extra from my renovations. ballastless type...so dun have to worry about ballast been burnt out. $15 ea...does not come with bulbs. view at ubi . 91814744

yes..price is pretty cheap...but the regret us that my door grille paint coating is very thin. window panes alignment is bad, resulting some adjusting to close window. 1 latch broke off after afew days...screws are installed slanted, etc.

tap is $85, black stone sink is $220 both from tiong yong. they are really cheap..comparing the whole of jln besar, balestierand geylang. look for janet poh...not related to me...but were from same kampong as me. btw....i have a 1160mm long stone sink for sale at $80, spain made..unopened. pedestal basin @$120...a cheapo rain shower for $30..and lots of oyama window privac y film. renovation left over sales.... and yeak managed to mount the top mount stone basin as undermount! fridge is panasonic from mega discount shop. buttons are for quick freeze..child lock..and energy saving mode....

if i had knew our water pressure is good...would have bought the V5..shower panel cum heater...for 388.......ok..gotto go work in ew house now

i lagi worse....change engine..change landing gear....troubleshoot fuel tanks...etc...

buy those down lights w/o any ballast is much better...save more power... i bought 20 for $15ea...2 tubes per lights....
