2 weeks the most.... my case I have seen 4 ID firms 1st one revert within 2 weeks but w/o space planning jus quote 2nd one no news after 3 weeks plus 3rd one within 2 weeks (am impress by this ID presentation quote wise still within my budget) 4th one within 1 week (with colour floorplan and quote) for me after two weeks still no news i will move on... cheers

hv to pay 1K first in order for them to quote and see space planning? no wonder they had not come back to me, i had a brief discussion about 3 weeks back when they had a fair at xpo.... say will get back to me in two weeks time, now i know why they had not revert

come across a company doing spray paint of wall and floor tile at the xpo during the reno fair. understand from the sale person, can last up to 8 years... quoted me 1900 for the bathroom only wondering is this cheaper than replacing the tile???

it can be paint but how durable not sure. came across a company at the reno fair, they doing spray paint floor and wall tile. might be thinking of this method to cut cost for my flat reno... Cheers

My budget is also 20k, but mine is a 3 room resale. Hv already shortlist a few ID firm and had seen them, waiting for them to revert... I believe they will exceed the 20K.... Too be very frank some ID firm that I had seen, after telling them my budget, they seem not interest to take on
