hi, hmm. i also hack my kitchen walls but replace wif half cabinets n glass panel. My FSM never say no gd for my case. if u wan, mayb u can try to ask another FSM regarding tis prob. c whether the other FSM say the same ting or nt...

Toilet n kitchen floorings comes wif it as new unit fr HDB. then i planning to keep it. as find it ok... keke MBR toilet only install cabinets wif mirror on top of the basin. then i will change basin in MBR. common toilet nt doing. juz install mirror n toilet accessories... n also heater. so nw need to look at where to get the tings le... sighz. alot to do liao... any recommendations?

( basically is to change the entrance of the kitchen) Shoe Cabinet Window Grilles - whole unit Window for service yard Flooring for 3 bedrooms n Living Room Built in Wardrobe x 2 Storage Bed x 1 False ceiling for Living rm/ Dining area / foyer n partial MBR feature wall cum TV console MBR Toilet - install Mirror Cabinets / shower screen Panel for the MBR Painting for the whole unit Electrical Works My house is using quite alot of lightings due to FS. so the electrical works is more on this case. Tink is abt like tat. My quote is ard 27K for all works. Currently waiting for the 3D drawings. wat do u tink abt the price???

After reading other ppl reno blog for so long, finally got the courage to open 1 of my own. I just got my keys last mth. My unit in in the west side. So far I engage a FSM to c my unit n seems that the location of my unit is nt bad... Also confirm my ID.... Below is my floor plan... will post up the pre reno pics soon... Hope i can really maintain this blog til my unit is fully done up... haha... btw, i need ideas where to get the furnitures as well as the electrical appliances.... TIA
