  1. we too bought a bedframe from Mattress Atrium in Oct and read this forum after buying from them. I am really paraniod about the delivery and tried calling them up abt the delivery... And our worst nightmare is coming true. I can never seem to be able to get them. Our bed was supposed to be delivered on 15 Nov but on the afternn of 15 Nov, they called n postpone delivery to 22 Nov saying factory "made e wrong size frame". The delivery did come in today but e bedframe is dirty with stains on e headboard, frame... (we bot a white bedframe as recommended by Joe). The stained frame is totally unacceptable and we ask them to take it back and send a clean one in next 2 weeks...... fingers crossed the bed will be in better condition e next round. We are left w e bed to move into our new house!!!

But we did sign the comm form (but no letterhead) and was done at e seller's place at 11pm when he refused to lower e comm after much nego and I still think he don't deserve the $$ after e whole process. We are hving 2nd appt today n he wants to collect his comm cheque from me.. i won't be giving it to him and will probably send a complaint letter to e office. it's a reputable firm C*** R****** but crap agent!
  3. We have just gotten invoice from the property company to pay for the comm. From the 1st appt til the 2nd appt end of this month, the agent had did nothing except to remind us for our HDB appt and did not know e proper process for 1st appt. He even ask, "where is my lawyer?" during my first appt. We frantically call the lawyer's office during e HDB appt to realise that they are not needed. The stupid agent was late for our appt n did not even apologise! To make things worst, he did not fill up the OTP form properly and e set of information we submitted after our 1st appt at the lawyer's office was not complete. We had to ask him for e original copy. What crap service is this? WE think he's so not deserve the 1% comm from us. As we are very tied up with work, i'm not sure if we are to bring e issue further. We would gladly pay for e comm if he deserves it but this is NOT service at all! BTw, we pay 35K cov for e place! THE UNHAPPY BUYER

  5. can we log a complaint to case? I did sign the comm letter after much discussion with e agent at owner's place until 11pm. He decide to charge 0.8% and as I was so tired that I signed e letter but was really fuming by e time i finish e 2nd viewing and discussion. I want to send in my complaints after settling e purchase. He's ripping me off n earning comm from e banker too!

Hi tng, I too having same problem. i found unit on Property guru by myself and agent force me to pay 1% comm after signing e OTP form after deposit given to e owner. we spend almost 3omins arguing over e comm til 11pm. in e end, i sign e comm for but am thinking of giving up e deposit n not buy the flat. can someone advise if we can complain to anyone about agent taking comm from both buyer n seller?
