Hi Thks for all the replies on my hacking of kitchen floor questions... HDB really practise double standard....anyway see what they have to say when I take my keys... DBSS sounds good...and that plot of land is quite big too... But I still feel ours is better cos nearer to MRT... !!

Then seems like I would waste more electricity cos only can dry 4kg... Can really compact leh... even Electrolux have those 2 in 1 too... !! But hor...I know that front load save water but longer washing time whereas top load have shorter washing time...so it should be better to use top load washing machine as shorter washing time mean less electricity bill so save $$$ rite? Cos water is cheaper than electric mah....

Hi Chrispy, I also saw that LG model, washing 8kg drying 4kg rite...It look very compact and can save space... But i worried abit LG this brand cos seems like european brand is better...

Blk B peeps, my status on HDB page change to this HDB will invite you to take possession (ie collect keys) of your new flat in due course. I juz call up my CSO and he says that they are sending out the loan letters from 2 nov onwards So expected to get keys in Dec depending on how fast the loan approval and how early we submit... He also very funny saying that since I call up he will do my loan application forms first...

Hi many thks to alister, almondust and zanie98 for opening up their hse t let me and my hubby view Really appreciate that zanie98, dun be too stressed up probably juz let them know that if u do ur reno partially it will be very troublesome to do another round juz for kitchen as it will be messy and dusty... Reno is diffcult to do partially so maybe explain to them nicely bah ... dun be too stressed and make ur hb stressed too
