i have call the agent, she agrees that we can pay the balance to seller on 2nd appt, same go for the agent fee. bcos at the point of sales we dun have a agent, so she so call act as our agent as well, but she side the seller more la same race ma o.O

but the agent told me everything must be pay up by 1st appt. so i'm unsure?? is that the standard process? or depend on Agent?

Thks William i'm so lucky bcos PIL flat got some issue with HDB that why we need to look for a place urgently i found this flat within 3days than we decide to buy lor lolz..... fast hor, at first seller asking for 10k cash but we only offer her 6888 COV and she accepted, thank god i'm so blessed. The owner told me she nv renovate at all this same thing was done by the 1st owner, after thinking we decide to redo the whole unit scare later tile suddenly something spoilt lolz i dunno uncle soon will give us layout or not, but as long as he can give me what i want tat is more important ba agrees? ;p
