hi qezash, i spent about $70k on my renovation. his prices aren't the cheapest. but he will go the extra mile to get things done. although i moved in last aug, we were still working on touch-ups and decoration till dec. he was very responsible to make sure that the job is done to my satisfaction. we're now working on my office renovation.

yes, it's painted with white epoxy paint. waterproof and easy to clean.

New addition to the cement bench: The photo shoot went well. They spent 2 1/2hrs this afternoon to take about 15 shots. They said they will be doing a special feature on EM in the March 2010 issue. I hope the photos will turn out nice. Next up, a night photo shoot by my ID for his portfolio.

Finally the wall art is up for the master bedroom. Getting ready for the Home & Decor photo shoot tomorrow. My ID did some DIY art today. Isn't it pretty?
