recommendations time anyone has Hood, hob and kitchen sink and lightnings to recommend? WC and toilet basins had been included in the reno quote already

"shy shy" dont like that say leh, ya my other half also needs to take a bus to the hub. thats why i told the agent that i want somewhere near to hub or easy accessible to the mrt. actually saw one at blk 4XX those opp mrt, but not to our liking, then out of no where, this unit pop out, viewed it and the next moment we knew, deposit then OTP lol anyway we just viewed abt 6-8 units before this decision cos location units are very 'hot'

its a waste that the tiles have to go... if not can save quite a bit liao yup that was 2-3 weeks ago when we went there with the contractor, the sales there also told us that new design coming in soon, will be arranging to select them again by mth end.

tiles had not be selected but went to hafary once to survey was intending not to change floor and kitchen wall tiles cos the conditions are still good but going to extent living room so no choice and some wall tiles in the kitchen has cracked so, must as well.. living floor tiles still good right?

perhaps u can try asking for quotes from some of the contractors that had done some of the flats here...

yup they tend to moved one after 8pm, but they came by twice per day once in morning and once at night lol just for a gathering like a terminal

raining just take the shelter from the overhead bridge at amk hub to the blk..or else just walk to the mrt at the traffic light ya the sound from those meetings will have to get used to it after moving in. reno still smooth sailing? hope to see the end result soon
