zero COV for simei 5i flat 10 years. quite nicely renovated, 5 mins to mrt. mid floor.

Does anyone have any recommendation on where to get paints. I'm not picky about the brands (ICI, Nippon, Dulex). Self Fix dont seem to be the cheapest place to buy them.

Anyone can recommend any home furnishing websites that has an online store as well... Well I prefer to buy things in person but sometimes it's interesting to view what they sell online before making any decisions. ooh rose wood... yes that's what it's called. i mean...i guess i can learn to appreciate it. but the design is really.....yeah i've seen scanteak designs and its quite cotemporary...but my parents like to sit on the wood itself and scanteak has cushions. wonder if it's seat-able or comfortable without the cushions.

I'm moving into a new house with my parents. However, they are interested in those darkly stained /glossy ancient wooden chairs/sofas.(often comes along with the bright red cushions)....as they are comfortable and cooling even when hot....I'm not that enthusiastic about their idea. Was wondering if anyone has any alternatives to this, maybe a contemporary design exist?
