But do note that if ppl complain and they comes ard. Think the max fine is abt 5k and they will ask you to tear it down.

The permit to replace the roof. Reno permit is easier to get than the stupid roof

Check with numerous contractor and ppl installing the roof and all gave me the same answer. Like you, I'm extremely disappointed too but there's an old saying "You can do anything, just don't get caught" LOL
