I have to rent a unit and really cannot afford to delay...hope Willie can work on his schedules and no hiccups along the way.

wow...must be very fun to check daily doubt i can do so...maybe on Sat only.

    Thanks SgNick.

    Lyn

    Nice talking to you too.

Depends on what your do I guess. I hacked the entire house tiles and retile. Almost everyday (including weekends) someone is doing work, until the 7th week. By eighth week thing slow down a little. 9th week the finishing touch.

  3. I'm not sure if I can be so active to post the *renovation* process pic.s

I took pics of my place before renovation and planning to take after renovation for remembrance.

BTW, did you stay in yr unit when you're doing renovation? You drop-in often to check on the progress?

Roughly how long does it takes for yours to complete?

    Lyn

I stayed at my parent's flat 3 blocks away, so I checked the reno progress everyday

I moved in when the reno was almost completed, just left 2 glass items to be installed. Now the reno is completed.

    My reno took 9 weeks.

  4. Hi,

I'm also starting my renov on 8 Sep with Room for Ideas and can't wait for the whole renovation to complete by 30 Oct.

Thanks for blogging your experiences with Willie & Vincent and it sure give me more confident to work with them.

I know about them thru' a colleague and they were recommended for great after sales service.

I'll start my blog soon once I settled down in my *temporary* place.

BTW, I like your whole renov it gives a very clean and neat look.

    Lyn

    Hi Lyn,

great to know there is another Room for Ideas customer. I was beginning to think I am only one here.

Can't wait to see your blog.

  5. Moved in for 3 weeks already.

Kitchen sink a little bit leaking, informed Vincent and he immediately call for plumber to come down and fix it until swee swee.

The hydraulic hinge for my kitchen cabinet (to lift up the glass door) not working properly, Vincent got his carpenters to come and change entire set to another brand.

So far the warranty support and response have been prompt and very satisfactory, even after 100% payment was already done weeks ago. Still easily contactable and responsible. One more plus point for Vincent from "Room For Ideas".
