    Hi xhomesweet-homex, It could have been faster cos we do not need to do piling for this 2-storey house. As we need to raise the height due to regulations, we adopted raft foundation design. However we were delayed by around 2 months to ensure the verticality of all the columns. Looking forward as we move into the final stage of construction.
