Hi jthk18, i did used he for mi n my aunt hse renovation... his team did up a gd job, fast responesd on our request. No force sell at all. pricing wise, reasonable after compareing a few. that's all i can say, no complaint till now. although i only stayed at my renovated hse for 2month plus only before posting to oversea. miss hm... juz contract him, n get a quotation from him. n u will kn more abt his service. there are quite a few items u may consider. 1. does ur new hse come with window grills? 2. shower screen for toilet. 3. kitchen cabinates if u r only doing 1 or 2 items then maybe u can engage separate contractors to do the job, as it dun take up a lot of time. if hv more and different types of scope of works, then u can engage 1 contractor to do it up for u to save the headache ba. if u interested i can give u my contractor nos. u can ask quota from him lor. to compare price oso.

by using spary coating, there's no need to hack the existing tiles for the wall n floor. it will cover existing tiles wit a new layer of spary coat, resulting a new out look of ur choose of colors. easy for maintance in future as it cover the grove line of the tiles. i not very gd in explaining, if u interested i can give u my contractor nos.
