    Hi There, you can call up HDB to ask for help, they have a subsidy scheme to help you to save cost, eventually you will be paying only 20% of the whole cost.

    Never see by my eye or come across, but I believed cooking area should use tempered, while sink or other area can use non-tempered.

    hi Dear Forumer, Recently we have received quite abit of enquiry and they comment that they can get cheaper price from other ID company, well, we would like to clarify that we are not able to provide cheap renovation price cause we are not in-experience ID, and we are not salesman that is pushing you to sign up the package deal. We do more than ID could do, and we are providing reasonable renovation quotation. Our service do provide you with reno idea, 3D & colour selection, detailing, proper work schedule and professional site coordination, no hidden cost & ensure all works are done according to regulation expect- You may refer to our passed project in this thread to understand more about how we deal with our job with sincere attitude. See This please do have a better mind-set that you are not coming to get a cheap quotation to compare with the others, as well you are coming to see if we could help you to solve your renovation issue with a fair deal.     do a concrete support, you wouldn't regret it, but if you do not want a concrete support look, you may do hidden support.

    A Schedule Plan is very important for whatever on going projects, it means the expecting date of delivery & completion for owner's stuff arrangement, for sure there will have unexpected circumstances during reno, this is so call subject to site condition which should be advise in the plan. You do want the ID to surprise you with the completed result but not the nothing go on after two weeks since I visited last

    1) Can you try asking a discount from the IDs quote to match 4)? 2) This is the worse case, it seems your request were not taken into record but all been memorised. 3) Try ask for same matching quote with 2) 4) This seems to be most reliable compare to the last 3. Just my 2 cents

    I was doing touch up work at Ah Hood Rd condo today happened to met lady owner down stairs, she asked me to accompany my wife don't always work even on Sunday anyway, still have a last min appointment call from Client to meet in Tampines, fine..., next thing was to have a quick run through with Bon Voyage Money Changer's Boss about his daughter's new cardboard design that have been talking long time, in Tampines MRT. I've been seeing customer like mad seems to have trained power brain better than a few year back when client was complaining about my forgetful mind in forum , btw i'm still a human after all. The Lady owner''s advise had work on me, I asked my wife to go for a movie and guess what I found? I've designed & fabricated some Art-feature for Century Square Cinema 10 Years back, I then remember that I hadn't been visit this cinema for 10 Years! The Movie advertisement stand: High-Tech Standard steel Lited Direction board which Solved the owner problem because they have a few Cinema with two doorway Cinema direction sign with funky Font number After making those sign board, they have invited me to design & tender the Cinema Reno, end up the project was not awarded to me, reason given was that our company was not big enough to do their project (Can't believed when he told me the reason at that point of time)
