    There are different way the sub-con will do a calculation, it is better for the individual company to hold their standard pricing base on their own policy, Singapore goverment recommend fair deal, so that consumer are able to choose their own choice of renovator.

    This 2 HDB flat toilet take us 2 months to complete, its our long time client which i have renovated his mother & sister house 10 year ago. Objective: To conceal as much piping as possible, tile edge has to be 45 degree, Built in Shelf, conceal wiring, Non-slip floor tile, water resistant materials, keep the area clean at all time, so...this is the bill: $20,000 for two toilet Renovation.

    Variation order means additional order, it has no fix calculation, best is ask your renovation to double check to ensure there are no missing out item in various area such as electrical points unless there are some unexpected cost like PE endosement etc
