hi, just got the quotation from my contrator, don't if the prices is reasonable. Need to renovate ASAP, no time to shop around. 1. TV feature wall with laminated finishing 7' x 6' = $1280 2. TV console with drawer 7 ft = $750 3. supply and install 6 nos of PLC down light = $420 4. customised srought iron grilles (28sf) = $750 5. design & fabricated kitchen cabinet (35ft) = 3400 6. customised solid surface kitchen worktop 17 ft = $1200 7. study table ( top & bottom) 9ft =$950

I just sold my hdb flat and bought a resale condo. I get a bridging loan from bank and reimbursement the stamp duty fee from CPF The lawyer charged me $3500 for buying condo. $1200 for selling HDB flat. He said bcos the bridging loan, so I have to paid higher legal fee Is the fees reasonable?
