Hi everyone. We are considering to engage the contractors from Asia Building Creative Design for our new flat at Fernvale Court, and have been to see their showflat and other works in that area. Has anyone had any experience with them and can offer some feedback to us? Do they ask for more money after the contract is already signed, citing reasons that the flatowner needs to top up due to some unforeseen reasons? Do they come up with one set of drawings during the planning stages, but construct something that differs significantly from the drawings? Is their workmanship of reasonable quality? Do they use material of sub-standard quality? Any problems communicating with the contractors or their workers? Would you recommend this company to your friends? Any positive/neutral/negative comments from you would be most welcome. Please pm me or reply to this thread, thanks!

I too did not receive any reply from the ID we spoke to, and on emailing him to follow up, he said he cannot remember my case.
