I have an untreated wood coffee table that I want to stain to a walnut/ dark walnut color. Where can I go to do myself or better to have someone do it? Will need sanding so color bonds?

Agent says she in the middle. Sofa company say if take care, good for 8 years lah.

That's how I feel but owner says she bought new for us. I say, we didn't mis-use or stain or cut.... sigh.

Do tenants have rights? The owner is trying to make us responsible for the peeling of a PU "leather" couch that they purchased new 2 years ago. It is peeling in many, many places, even after we did not use it so much. In fact, we keep a sheet on it and didn't use the back cushions, only our own. I think fault of couch but owner wants to put on us. Help!

Can someone please tell me if there are places not good for a mirror in the dining room? ie: directional facing, etc? I just read that it's not good to have a mirror facing the front door and so I thought I'd check on the above question. Thanks.

We just move into a place that has a mirror directly in front of the main door. What to do? It's a large and long mirror..

I am wondering how easy it is to stain a dining set? It was recently stained a cherry wood colour but we had wanted a dark, walnut wood colour. Any advise is appreciated.
