  1. HI, Can you please tell me how much did CYC charge you? I have a fair bit of furniture: Bookcase, TV console, Queen size bed, Study table, Chairs, TV (3 sets), Dressing table, side tables etc. wondering how much it would cost me if i use CYC movers.
  2. Hi, I am thinking whether it is a better idea to engage a separate electrical contractor to do up the wiring, wiring points and fixing the lights for my resale flat. The ID firms are quoting very high for the electrical job and the other day when i asked the lighting shop, they gave me a very reasonable quote for the electrical works. I am planning to do a U shaped false ceiling in my living area with several PLC downlights. The question i have is as follows: Since the main ID firm will be doing the rest of the reno, how difficult will it be to get the different Electrical contractor liase with the main contractor to carry out his job? For example, i understand the wiring for the downlights in the false ceiling should be done before the false ceiling goes up...surely the two contractors need to communicate and fix the schedules. Will i face problems still? Anybody can share some insights on this topic of share your experience. If this is not a big problem, i might even consider engaging a separate contractor to install the glass mirrors and glass sliding doors. JIM
