watever: i didnt check the assembling part as i was busy check to see if there are any defects as the china n indian worker are rushing off. my delivery time is at 10.30pm. they call me before 9pm say they are coming now. i told them i can only reach home at 10.30pm and they wanted to push the delivery to the next day. it has already been delayed so i don't want anymore delay. i had to stop my work and take a cab and rush back. i understand how u feel about having to chase after them. we are the one paying yet we are the one calling them to check instead of them calling to inform us. chua: during my purchase Joe told me reputation is very important to them and they have been in this industries for so many years, i can go and check. i shouldn't have believe it and if i check too, i wont order from them and true enough they are giving so much problems to customers. now when i tell back abt what he said, i really feel like laughing. their reputation are so bad yet he still got the cheek to say that.

i'm using black tempered glass hob without sealing too. it just rested on them of the solid top cut out. so far no problems.

my bedframe was finally delivered to me last night. Jade promised to call me on the 7th, yet she did not call again. this is the 2nd time. so i call them up at 9.30pm and Joe answered the call. he apologise and confirm with me the delivery will be on the 8th 10.30pm( because i can only reach home at that time). previously i told Jade that delivery should be in the morning, so there's someone around to open the door. Joe said will compensate me with some free gifts. but none was delivered. i'm not interested in their free gifts so i don't bother to call them again. yesterday at 8.30pm the delivery man called and say they are on the way, i had to take a cab n rush back to open the door for them if not they are not going to wait until 10.30pm which is the agreed delivery time. the only consolation is that the quality of the bedframe is to my expectations.

i think what matter most is they do a good job. overall workmanship for the painting is good. my painter also promise 3 coating but i doubt they do 3, maybe at most 2 coating base on the amount of paint they brought over. we couldn't tell too unless there whole day watching them paint.

i got mine at a shop at sultan plaza. u wont miss it cause i just sell mainly door locks, hobs and handles. alot of choices. if yours is a old door, remember to take measurements before going down.

i got my fridge and gas hob elsewhere already. price higher then GAB. i can't wait until 11th for them. even when they open, my supersitious mum don't want to order from them right now because GAB's sons + 1 worker are doing delivery themselves. sigh...

GAB is definately very cheap after comparing the prices. but they are closed until 11th jan. The big boss pass away...

haha same here. i only did really minor things due to the high COV. but for me, changing the cabinet door is a must. we have only about 16 cabinet doors, so its still within 1k, but if i were to redo the whole kitchen cabinet that will be afew k. other way is learn how to diy and relaminated yourself since no contractor will do it, even they do, the price is as good as changing it.=

As expected my delivery got delayed again! they promised to sent down today and i have specially taken off today. they say will give me a call to confirm the timing yesterday. waited the whole day but they didn't call. so i call them up just now. their usual excuse, container got delayed and the earliest they can send is on the 8th. and my worst nightmare came true, i amgoing to have my housewarming without my bed.

there's are reviews stating that they lie about their product source. was told that the bedframe i ordered is from japan. i'm having doubts too. some said lotus is from Indonesia. actually i don't care where the product is made in, as long quality is good. but now even delivery date got problem. if their factory are so busy to process my order which is already made more den 1 mth ago, i would like them to refund me in full.

after reading all the bad reviews after ordering from them... i was so worried... true enough something crop up! my order was placed on 6th nov. served by joe, the boss. was told the shipment will be in on the 7th jan. he say will keep it for me if my delivery date is after that. but 2 days ago, i received a call from their sales person. she said that their factory is very busy now. earliest delivery date will be February! its really ridiculous to wait 4 months for a bedframe. They expect me to have my housewarming without my bedframe. I call them up again and the sales lady said she just fax the sales order over to their factory. PS: my order is made n paid full on the 6th of nov which is one month ago!

was there last week to scout for our sofa. was serve by a staff name Jonathan. Service is quite good, explained in details but when we ask where the sofa made in, he said asia then said from HK and taiwan. But we already know their products are from china.

confirm that the attitude woman my sis encounter is from S&C. last yr she went to that shop after reading so much gd comments on S&C. the woman saw them but still continue to read her newspaper and ignore my sis n bro in law. end up my sis bought all her furnitures from the other shop with good price too. she went there again on sat with her MIL to get some furniture for their new flat, saw the woman again and confirm its S&C. maybe S&C business are so good that they can choose customers depend on their mood. but they lost 3 families worth of furnitures. my sis + her MIL + me.

he told me earliest delivery will be 7th jan. just nice for me as my flat will be ready by then. its written on the receipt stating jan but no actual date cos i cant confirm the date yet also and to call 2 weeks before delivery.

Joe is the one who served us. i never see any fat guy there. He claim he is the boss and not often around so wont be able to give such "gd price" again if we come back next time. i had sleepless nights after reading so much bad reviews about M.Attrium. I bought a bedframe and mattress from them. paid full amount of $1490. no free additional items. Delivery date will be around Jan when my flat is already. Was told that princebed was imported from UK and assemble in singapore. But what i found out now is that princebed is a local brand. The boss told me his bedframe "lotus brand" was from Japan. Now i'm having doubts too. I'm fine with which country it as from but being truthful to customers are very important. Even china have good quality ones. I'm keeping my fingers crossed until i delivery is done.
