Hi all, I want to buy the corridor outside my flat. Any I.D or contractor has experience in such matters. I have checked with an electrician once and he mentioned that it was difficult to do rewiring because my neighbours at the lower floor who have already bought the corridor, rewired wrongly. I am not too sure in such. I believe anything electrical should be easy to overcome. Will appreciate any help. Thanks.

I am not really sure, what you are looking for, but i believe a walk down to a neighbour hood hardware shop will help you. Show them this picture and explain to them and they can provide you with the solution.

Always study the quotations provided by the ID or any contractors carefully. Do not be misguided with just the package prices. Most importantly, always ask when in doubt and never commit unless you are fully satisfied.

This totally depends on what your are doing. ( Tiling, Electrical, Wardrobe, etc...) Well if you are just doing a room and at the lowest possible budget, i will recommend you look up for contractors and not ID.

Well if you ask me, i would suggest grill 1st because, there will be touch up works after installation of Window Grill. so might as well paint later. In my case, there was some damage to the wall near ceiling area, ( chipped off ). So they repaired by using cement. The paint will be uneven if your contractor does not paint properly.

Wondering if anyone has any contact for persons doing the rack for store room. I had one previously but i lost it. I got it through my letter box. I would prefer a contractor doing it then to buying one off shelf from Giant.. Any help will be appreciated.

The L-Box was completed for my Living rooms and all my ordered lights have arrived. Cant wait for my lights to be up. The worker was still working till late to cover up a pipe that was an eyesore in the balcony.

I felt that as well... but i saw a similar layout design with the kind of sofa that i liked and it did not look too bad. Today gonna meet up with my ID to confirm the colours with my ID.

Now i am in the phase of choosing the colour for my kitchen cabinet and paint for the house. I never knew choosing the colours and combinations will be so hard. Its like i like all that in the catalogue. Going for a woody grain cabinet theme.. but spoiled for choices ranging from grain size to tone.. I am lost.

I bought most of my Lighting and Bathroom accessories from A & S Lighting from Trade Hub 21. Their price was reasonable for the items I bought. Their service was very good and the boss that attended to me was never pushy and guided me along for all the items well. For all those who like to use the Rain shower system, please take note that you require the storage heater type (tank). However i just came to find out that there is a new type now where they use a Instant heater for the rain shower. I bought it. It is called Beebest. I will post further updates in the future after using it whether is it good ( pressure...etc.)

I have Open Net people coming today to do the relocation of Fiber point and my Electrical guy will be assisting and running Cat6 cable to my entire house as well. It is expected to complete by Mid December. I cant wait to move in. I am also very pleased with my ID so far.
