By the way , how you know is PU leather ? Because i also buy from them a sofa set.Price about $2k plus using for almost 3years now!!!?? I also buy same brazil leather with you but so far i never face any problem about the leather.Since you say u buy a brazil cow leather from species.Why suddenly you say is a PU leather ???

Erm..One year ago , I was posted to overseas for my job.Therefore i decided to rented out my HDB 4 Rm flat and my condo.During that time , i have purchase two packages for my living and dinning area.One package is from Species which is for my condo and the other from another shop at IMM for my HDB.I remember the packages from Species costs me abt 5K plus.They send their ID to help me take measurement , deco and design my condo when i sign up the packages.It really save me the headaches to hunt around for a designer and i myself is also not very good with colour.My tenant is a pair of European couple for the condo.I would say Species sofa is of excellent in term of quality and design.Why ???? My European tenant comment that the sofa is mordern in design and comforty in sitting.And so far the shape of the sofa is as good as new.As for my HDB set of sofa.It have recently sink in and break.I need a replacement urgently and have purchase another set of sofa from Species again.They were very kind to t loan me a set of tempoary sofa free of charge while i awaiting this set of new leather sofa.Overall , i would give a good thumb up for their sofa design , quality and reasonable pricing. I was so afraid that my heavy weight European tenant would spolit the sofa but their sofa did a gd job. Sofa design , quality , comfort 9/10 Service standard 8/10 The only thing is their delievery date , delay my dinning table a few weeks but i still quite pleased with their follow up 6/10 room for improvement. Pricing 7.5/10 gd thing they always included ID service in the packages which save my time to do measurement and save my headache for design. Overall rating i would give them 8.8/10.

I saw quite a number of their leather sofa appears in alot of designer home deco mag.Seem that alot of designer like their sofa. Recently my sis in law just bought a set of sofa from IFC Furniture Club cost her abt $4800.Saw this same design at Species only at $3000.She so heart pain.She try and comment that the set at Species have better comfort and somemore is cheaper.

But their sofa not nice to sit leh...cutting and finishing not sleek and posh enough. Agreed is cheap la...but if i really want cheap i buy at NOVA or NOVENA liao lo.

That time i buy the TV console and coffee table also one catagloue from 4 different shop in SG in 4 different location. All showing me the same catagloue. In my heart i was thinking..hengz har... i have bought the cheapest one. Haiz..in the end then i relieased only outside look the same. Inside and finishing confirm different. I went back to the shop which quoted me highest price to see again the item and i know that it is really different. Paint work , material used , workmanship. If like tat , i have to ask their rental in each and every shop in furntiure mall before i make purchaesd lo. Yang Mao Chu Zhai Yang Sheng Shan. Cheap thing always come with a price , good thing dun come cheap but must be value for money.

Their sofa sitting is not bad. But usually the display set cannot choose colour one. Those colour you like one usually is not in display. Very hard to find the right color with dispay set. Example : Who will one to buy a blue or green sofa nwaday ? So ugly....

If everything is the same , why they want to sell at a higher price ? I believed they knew what price next door or neighbourhood shop is selling mah... No logic leh. My experierence in buying furntiure tell me nvr to buy anything under cost too much. I was quoted a coffee table and TV console which i thought is the same at 4 different price with 4 different shop in SG. The price range is from $1600 to 900 for both item. Of coz i buy the cheapest one la. In the end i relieasd one thing when the item is delievered , the cheapest one usually is made of poor quality. Only the look outside is the same. No wonder got so many price. Every graded have a different price lor. You paid grade A price , you got grade A qualtiy. You paid grade C price , you have the look of grade A but the inside and finishing is grade E. Cheap thing always come with a price , now i buy value for money.
