  1. OMG!! Luckily I read this...as I read more into the forum. Now I think I am lucky he didn't turn up 2x.....
  2. Wow! exactly what happened to me! I took half day leave to meet with him on a weekday morning...never turned up. Not even a call. After lunch, I called him...he said he forgot and would come later in the early evening. So I had to take another half day off. After that...again never turn up. Wasted my time and leave!! How come a contractor who is supposedly reliable, is so irresponsible and doesn't care about the time of his potential customers? If cannot make it, don't make appointment. If too popular and busy, just say you cannot take on any more projects. Why leave people in a lurch?
  3. i have had a very very bad experience with Jason Goh of U&B Design. Should I even talk about it here? Quite unreliable...
  4. I read some of the thread here about the services of Jason Goh of U&B Design. I didn't have his HP, so I went to his blog site and requested for a quote. He responded more than a week later with a template and asked me to fill it up. In his email, he had his HP as well. So I called him. He said he should go to my place to take a look so that he could quote me better. We arrange for 2 days later in the morning (weekday) as he was not free any other time. I took half-day leave to wait for him that morning. By the afternoon, when he didn't turn up or call me, I had to call him. He told me he completely forgot about the appointment, and said he would make it up by coming in the evening. So I called my office to take the afternoon off as well. When evening came, again, I didn't hear from him. I am wondering...how could someone who is supposed to be reliable forget an appointment 2x...and the 2nd time was arranged a few hours before the meeting? Should I even trust him to be reliable in the future if I contract him and do any follow-up after that? I know he could be busy...but we have schedules too...I wasted one day of leave not doing anything...just waiting for him. Not sure if I should even continue to give him an opportunity. What do you guys think? Is he so good he can afford to piss potential customers off?
