Hi curiosity The rectangular light is a individual light not attached to Ceiling fan. Does your living room has L-box so can put down lights ? I know Ceiling fan with 3-5 expose light bulbs are not nice as compare to Fanco FF707 but it brighter of course. So far the price quote to you for Fanco FF707 is 280 - 300 ? I was quote $380 but I bought lightings from the shop then it was reduce to $340.

As for Fanco FF707 Ceiling fan can be use in bedrooms but if you are afraid not bright enough can buy a rectangular light. For Living room and MBR the light comfirm not enough as it can't cover big area. For living room can install Fanco FF20 60" (Wooden Blades) or FF9 56" (Acrylic Blades) with 5 light kits and 1 rectangular light with 3 light tubes. How much did the shop quote you for the price of 1 Fanco FF770 ?

Do lightings.com.sg provide any warranty for their lights ?

It better to get a inverter air-con in the long run as it save electricity. Even though it cost more. Which brand u getting ? Have to go to the shops to ask for the prices ?

Hi All Nowadays mostly Electric Door Bell are wireless. But I just wonder if the 32A size battery at the switch will last or not ? Where can I purchase good quality wired electric door bell ?

What is the brand & price of the ceiling fan you have bought ? How many blades , inch is the fan ? Can the wall switch control the lights or just the fan speed ? The person told me pull string to control the lights I just order a Fanc FF707 ,54 inch , 5 wooden blades with 1 round light and remote control @ $350. Ceiling fan with aluminium blades are getting lesser. I see more wooden and acrylic for Fanco fans.

I went to a shop at Balestier to look for at ceiling fans. The Salesperson recommend this ceiling fan brand call 'Fanco'. The fan blades got 3 types like acylic , wooden, aluminium. To control the fan speed will be using pull string, remote control , wall switch. Any recommendation what type of fan blades and control to buy ?
