  1. Got busy when we came back, more work, world cup, and of course reno. While we were away for the last few days, had Ossify to take the work in process. Here are the photos to catch up.

  7. from my experience cement screed dries in 24-32hr water proofing 3-4 hr in between layering We waterproofed on Sunday & Monday, contractor tile today which is Wed. I think they gave a 1-2 day interval to tile up the toilets

  12. Went Electronux warehouse sale and bought the washing machine. Told hubby he will be fully in charge of this , I dun even want to discuss he can make his own decision. In the end he bought 2 friends, and there they were...3 guys discussing with sales together with e rest of the ladies. During payment time , one of his friend decided to pay for it as a pre house warming gift to us. Friends are for life ~ ! ....but his wifey said she want a built in oven *cough cough*

  19. *Salute* How did you manage to source for foreign workers x 6 to work for 3 hrs for 200? This is like labor chg $10 per hour per person. Not bad at all Their jobs are basically to move the non-built in furniture out to the rubbish chute? IDs, Main-Cons will mark up on cost to make profit. This is actually inevitable. At the end of the day there are pro and cons.
