Why on earth would you want Kelvin's contact? Unless you just want to try your luck and kachao him. I'm also a new flat owner looking for a a ID and after weeks of reading many of the posts in this and other forums I've come to the conclusion that while doing reno is indeed exciting however the dangers of getting a rogue ID is always there. Really appreciate all the forumers who dare to speak up and take time to post their bad experiences with certain IDs so that us newbies will be more wary and avoid the blacklisted one. Almost make me feel like foregoing the reno and move into a bare flat to avoid all these hassle. As long as we try to keep to the facts and minimise our personal remarks this forum would really serve well to inexperience homeowners who are trying a build a nice home with their hard earned cash.
