Ideas : 100% - very good in giving many ideas Price : 80% - in terms of materials to materials i feel that they are giving alot of better stuffs at the same price what others are offering. Workmanship for tiles : 90%-good! nice workmanship Workmanship for carpentry: 95% - very fine work by their guys. soft closing for all cabinets feels good. able to have selection of inner colour again live up to their company name. Service : 90% - The best so far. very on the ball. On Time : 100% - 5 days before deadline very happy with them Attendance : 80% - every 2days will see him once at site in the morning. caught him doing spot checks on workmanship even on sunday morning Site : 80% - very clean not messy at all only the first week abit cant take it. therafter clean site Showroom : Office located at bukit batok. it is more towards office style nothing much to see in office except tons of design books. 1 word Messy. maybe that is what most designer office look like many design books, many drawings. i wonder y don't they do it like a showroom. since the office is big enough. Designer Repo: Fr from renotalk and others site very good. don't have problem with most clients for what i know. mostly all refferral base clients, that say it all. Electrician: - very g00d with at hiding all cables. willingness to help fix lots of things. price, ok $130 more then normal quote. Painting work: 80% - painting is fine with me. came back to touch up once. not much issuse for me. Overall rating : 85% - Pro in design, Pro in colour selection, Good in helping to settle many things. Take good care of my place. good help in budget control. No major issue. Overally, reno was hassle free. like the way they go round help us doing things that should not even be in their workload. very friendly. just that at the start abit hard to get discount but once signed up, the discount of freebis just keep pouring in without us asking of it. CLC is a True Design Firm where they don't mind to throw in more stuff for free if they feel that that will make the place looks better. Hats off them. any easy way to post photos? asking me to do a t-blog is like killing me. unless Clc pay me some comission lol. Ang you can sell you T-blog to Clc already. so many ppl follow up. good for them lol

ya they are not in radac, radac is like a country club for the renovation company. its to have not a must have. i went to radac website and got shock at the amount they need to pay. which all this cost will end up back to our side lol. Ang ...... Ang..... Ang.... so envy you. house warming must have buffet ya. i want pizza

Wow.. at first the box (Tv cabinet) looks funny. now with wall paper really looks Wow. u are using alot of wallpaper. how much it cost u? i like the small panel of wallpaper at kitchen but will it get wet? did you chose the wallpaper and wall colour urself? i remember u saying that u chose the colour scheme with your wife so you didnt use Clc colour scheme? the whole house now really looks very nice. you must be happy that your place so fast finishing and it looks so wow. your wardrobe looks ok any bigger you need a bigger wall or a bigger house lol. so red is your thing lol care of becoming a "Bi" lol.

Don't mind me asking how many free gifts and what are the things did clc give you? from reading the post seems like a number of big things they giving. i wonder why i didnt get such big items all i got was 2 full height mirror for bathroom and 3 bedrooms doors.

yes going to start posting my photos already now in the state of messy. lots of cabinet in my living room. i add sanding to my room timber flooring that is why they have got to carry out all cabinet to living. Ps to give them a last minute notice on the flooring.

Better not to buy any furniture first. get your id to help u select the colour for you will works better.

Lucia good eye can see the colour. got many colours to chose i think about 15 - 20 colours but yes you are right mostly wood colour. grey and black. i like the black colour but it will not match my woody design so i stick with the chery wood colour. now my house full of cabinets around. i took some photos already later will up load it. after today all ceiling works will be finish. then install cabinets and painting thats all. thinking back i did so little things for my renovation compared to yours. when yours takes such a short time to finish. really envy you. looking at your post. if really they finish on the given date as you said, all they took was 1 month that is really fast. for what i know the time frame should be around 2 months.

He (Leslie) like tat one. cause he want to plan his work nicely and also due to the number of job his company handling thats why, main thing is that they dont take in more then they can as what Ang said also so planning for them is a must which is also good for us in a way. i envy Ang's renovation so fast. i think coming 1 month only lol. but you also getting your keys soon right? it is also about time to decide don't end up like our friend Ang, so last minute then need to rush alot lol. anyway since you already got your id, do get him to move things fast so that you will not do last minute shopping and end up with many stock shortage like Ang. Just my 2cent advice

What to do if you want to pay slow then they also need money to pay their workers so the job will be slower. the 3rd payment from my contract is to be paid up b4 the measurement of cabinets works. but yours i see that cabinets already installed then they collect the payment. if not it should be earlier lol. the banner so small i also dun know what is it for, maybe for his workers or other companies to see lol your place really very fast. my friend went to check your t-blog ,she was shock that the day you put in t-blog and the things that are already done up. sure will refer to clc afterall can tell that they really put in effort in our renovations. my side i hope that things will move well. silly management is killing me. yesterday saw leslie at my place talk to him abit heard that he is slowly expanding his company. i think after your incident with the arzoina, leslie is thinking of getting his very own range of lights fittings, Wc ,fans and etc to sell. he say in this way he can do price control and also easy for him to arrange replacment .

Just finish checking out your T-blog. really very fast the way they work, till date only 2 weeks they already finish up so many things. you must be very happy with them lol. they do things fast ask payment also fast, like this i still can accept if other company do things slow but ask money fast. ya you are very right that we are lucky to have CLC doing our renovation. i went to their office, i was shock. so small office nothing to see. but when it comes to design and start of renovation, they are indeed the pros. very fast with well controlled workmanship. i am referring a friend to them as well, will ask them check your t-blog. the feeling CLC given me - small company with many elites/Design over profit. Impress by them. oh ya and a joke, my management do not allow the banner of CLC to be hang out of my window. so no free marketing for them lol.

lucky for you. mine delay alot my management is giving jack alot of problem and the time they give jack to work is like 10.30 am to 4.30 pm. jack threw about 7 guys each day but still alot of work stop by management due to lower level complaint that we are too noisy. my cabinets all at my place already but cant install yet cause still got some things have not complete. The management say no to alot of things but whenever i am around they just sa yes to everything. i think mine is the hard job for jack. lucky he is very on, help handle many things.
