Hi Chipee, it is not the kitchen flooring but the barquet that Edmund has made a mess now! HDB has rectify for us nicely but he has got his workers to redo varnish and turns up all wrinkles and doesnt want to rectify the problem! How can he do such thing right????? He said he will only rectify the MBR which is more severe but not the other 2 rooms. HB is there and pretty TL now as he has spoken to the worker n the worker commented that if dont re-do the other 2 rooms then become different colour compared to MBR. How to accept such job????? Edmund is getting worst n showing us his true colour now~~~~~~~~

Hi Jo, I really hope so and if he try to be funny then I cant do anything at all..... sigh....i dont know why he becomes like that as initial stage he is pretty good....sigh......

For those who has done the renovation we have no choice but try to talk to Opennet to minimise trunking/casing but lucky for those who hasnt start their renovation especially the 3rd-4th batch of Pinnacle owners can try to hide the Opennet trunking at false ceiling.....good for you.....

What I can say is when problem comes he will try to push away...sigh.....

Yes, wrinkles on parquet n very very ugly! I would like to see how he is going to rectify it - he said he will only rectify the MBR and the rest of the rooms only touch up. If we are not happy with the end result, we are going to hold his last payment. I cant accept his bad service for this and wants us to pay him and it is his workers fault!!!!! So to all Edmund followers - he is never always right and good!!!!!!

I dont know what did his workers do for us as we werent there when they are cleaning the place. But last night when we went up we see all the black cement grout which looks very ugly and now he is pushing the blame to HDB that they didnt do it properly earlier. It is not so as earlier HDB pass us the key n when we went up the colour is lighter and we cant see the black cement at all. He simply doesnt want help us on this at all even we said we will pay him some $. I begin to see his after sales service bad!

I didnt replace my kitchen floor tiles - it is original from HDB. However, the grout of the colour at the kitchen n service yard looks ok with lighter tone and we are fine with them. Now we have an issue with Edmund that after his workers did the washing, the grout looks ugly - black cement which is soooooooooo obvious and ugly!!!!!!!! It is totally different from what we see when we collect our key from HDB. Get me now?

HI Chipee, I really hope that Edmund can do something to it and not escape n push back the problems to us. Initially my kitchen tiles are ok but now after the acid cleaning the grout or feng looks sooooooo ugly with black cement compared to initially HDB has given to us which is lighter tone. Now all my bedrooms parquet all got wrinkles n look sooooooooooo ugly after he has done a FOC varnishing n I told Edmund to re-do it since it is his workers fault. I really hope that it can be retify.....sigh......

Are you going to overlay the HDB kitchen n service yard tiles?

Yes, it is "feng" in mandarin and this is really ugly in black cement!!!!! Last night got some argument with Edmund again....sianzzzzzzzzzz

Yes, Light Arcade is good - we went back to change our bulb as it is broken n they have 1-1 exchange with us.... I believe you can still do false ceiling but leave the space out for your ceiling fan - u can always check with Henry or Edmund on this. I never like ceiling fan in the first place.... ;pppppppp

Go to Balestier Light Arcade to buy your lights look out for Jane and I believe you will be very pleased with her service.....are you doing any false ceiling to have downlights?

Bear in mind that Edmund has his mood swing too, sometimes he has too many projects he got frustrated and his speaking tone to us is not very pleasing to our ears. However, overall he is alright lah.....PM me what he has quoted to you and maybe I can tell you what to cut....hahhahahhaha.....
