    3100mm = ~10 ft, lift can't go in, 8 ft still ok for 4 ft width.

    - Have to break either 2 x 1ft at sides(L 1&R 1)+8ft at center, or 4x1ft( L2, R2) at side+ 6ft centre.

    I installed 12 ft x 4 ft. 8ft at center, both side with "black" glass.

    - If 8ft x 8ft (240cm x 240cm), must break into 8ft x 4ft x2 pcs =joint vertically, not horizontally.

    Hi,

    Anyone can recommend a supplier for a full height wall mirror?

    I'm looking to install a single piece of mirror on my entire wall, size 240cm x 240cm.

    Also not sure if it's possible to do it for a HDB flat because a mirror of that size definitely can't fit in the lift?

    Would appreciate any advice from people who've installed similar mirrors.

    Finally eventually, I'm going to start my own blog on my new house. Everyone is welcome to comment anything you like over here. :rolleyes: Doesn't matter your comments are constructive or destructive. :P

    Yes, the house is very ugly, bad condition, disgusting, smelly, dirty etc etc. But we get it at a very very very cheap price! :D When we do the choosing, we did think before either go for a low COV unit with very bad condition or a high COV unit with good reno. Regardless of how good the reno work it was, my wife INSIST to change everything! So, it's better to get low COV with bad condition then can re-make the whole house.

    I bought & self-collected the lights on spot & brought it over to the new house. My electrician will fix up the lights & install on ceiling for me. ;)

    IMO, i think their prices are very reasonable & service was pretty good. The salesperson also did inform me before i made payment - that delivery was $18. If i need installation, 1st light is $35, followed by $7 thereafter.

    May i know how much for this 2 item each?

    I got my permit last week and my new door frame is already up. Contractor will install back my main door tomorrow and according to them, the metal gate will be installed too.

    Hope everything is smooth. I will take some photos tomorrow once everything is completed.

    u can consider Lite Fusion along this Upper Serangoon Rd, next to this crocodile farm... brought my mom to buy some lightings a few mths back... can bargain until quite cheap... best of all is got 1yr warranty... recently one of my ceiling light dunno wat happened cannot light up, i called up to complain... they sent someone to fix it in 2days time... :good: ... also bought their WC and basin package there at very good price... overall very happy that i got a good deal and save alot... :yamseng:

    I also intend to purchase the recess area infront of my unit... but i saw yr msg saying u are still in the process to get your recess area , it is already more the 6 month??????? how come drag so long time? may i know where are u staying , which hdb branch? did u engage laywer to do the documentation? wht is the cost like? actually i hope can complete the transaction together with my 2nd appointment n doing the renovate together...:( Please share with me more about the procedure and wht thing need to take note .thank you so much....

    When HDB has informed you of the costs through that letter.. they HAVE NOT approved yet. You have to move your electrical and water meters and let them inspect before they approve anything.

    Thus after receiving the letter, you can choose to keep quiet and not buy the place. :)

    Application (enquiry for price) is free and to be done online through your MyHDB page. :)

    Hows long time do you get the approval for the recess area? how much u spend for legal cost ? sian ler..i am also want to purchase the recess area as i just completed my 1st appointment but the lawyer told me the legal cost is about 4k ler...jialat....and need 4 months to be completed the documentation wor..do u know where can get the cheaper rate for legal service? bcos i am thinking renovate together with my recess area .

    I have been looking around to get a new air-con & finally manage to secure a group buys' price. To my understanding, their price is much lower than the market price. However, they will only offer to us unless I am able to gather at least 10 person to buy.
