just did a check on hdb's list of registered contractors and found that menage dzign is not listed inside. does that mean I can strike them off my shortlist since its an offense to "Engage a non-HDB Registered Renovation Contractor to carry out the work and/or breach HDB's renovation rules/guidelines. " as quoted from Renovation Control Rules 2006 anyone can advise pls?
