    It really depends, how many ppl will be staying there by the way, if only 2, there's so much things to be done to make it unique. Anyway, for a little "atas" looking 3 roomie, might hv to set aside $35k.

    $20k!!!??? Kitchen cabinet counter top not factor in, wall tiles not factor in, so probably need back splash, as for the floor finish, must check condition, sometimes can't just overlay laminates, so might have to hack. Hoo, i think if workmanship is a main factor, i think for a 5 roomie, easily need to set aside in excess of $45k. My 2 cents worth opinion. Regards.
